The chairman of the Alliance of Doctors, Anastasia Vasilyeva, was fined 180 thousand rubles per share near the colony where Navalny is sitting

The Petushinsky District Court of the Vladimir Region fined Anastasia Vasilyeva, the head of the Alliance of Doctors, 180 thousand rubles for a share near IK-2 in Pokrov, where politician Alexei Navalny is serving a sentence.

Vasilyeva was found guilty of violating the administrative article on the mass presence of citizens in the territories directly adjacent to the colonies (part 3 of article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). Under this article, individuals can be fined from 150 to 200 thousand rubles or be assigned compulsory work or arrest for up to 20 days.

Vasilyeva’s lawyers intend to appeal the decision.
