US President Donald Trump announced the end of the ceasefire between the United States and Iran.

“As for me, I think it’s over. I don’t want to deal with them anymore, they’re scum. You know what scum is? They’re scum, they’re sick people. They’re run by sick people. And they’re cruel, aggressive people,” the US leader replied when asked if the ceasefire with Iran was working.
He also called Iran liars.
“We make a deal. Everybody agrees: no nuclear weapons. We make a deal, they go to the press and say we didn’t even talk about it. There’s something wrong with them,” Trump explained.
“Frankly, I don’t want to waste my time on them. But I will let our wonderful negotiators continue the conversation if they want, but I don’t see the point in that,” the US leader added.
What preceded it?
