Ukrainian partisans report the movement of buggies designed for mobility and tactical operations
The Atesh partisan group has reported the movement of Chinese-made Desertcross 1000-3 all-terrain vehicles toward russian city of Kursk. Observers noted a convoy of military transporters carrying these buggies along the M-4 highway, specifically between Rostov-on-Don and Voronezh.
