Soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have liberated the village of Ivanivka in Kherson Oblast from the Russian occupying forces and have published the video from the village.

Details: Ukrainian forces have reestablished control over another village that had been occupied by Russia. Only destroyed military equipment now bears witness to Russia’s earlier seizure of Ivanivka.
The 60th Separate Infantry Brigade reports that Ukrainian troops are establishing communication with the local residents and offering aid and assistance to those who require it.
Earlier: Yurii Sobolevskyi, First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Oblast Council, said that the residents of the Russian-occupied Kherson Oblast should evacuate. Those who cannot leave the oblast should look for shelter, water and food in preparation for hostilities that might be taking place across the oblast in the near future.

If this is true, it’s huge. Ivanivka is on the banks of the Dnipro to the East of Kherson. Which means the orcs are surrounded in Kherson. The map below shows the location of Ivanivka, a lot of red must have disappeared to the North of the Dnipro.

The Ukrainians; particularly those in Mykolaiv and Kherson itself, have been dreaming about the liberation of Kherson oblast. It’s a battle that they simply must win and the allies should be doing a LOT more to ensure it.
Liberate and hold Kherson and it’s the beginning of the end for putler’s foul, despicable genocide.
I’m still sceptical about this news, that’s a hell of a lot of territory taken back in a short time. FB reports are not usually the most accurate or believable.
I was also skeptical, but Reuters, Kyiv Independent and other news sites have this story. I watched the video on Facebook. If this is the village as claimed, then it can be geolocated.
I didn’t see any images showing the river. That would confirm it.
I hope it’s true, of course. If they publicize a video, it should be true, I guess, because anyone who knows the area could easily debunk everything.
There has been a media ban in that area for a month or so now. So the information unless it comes from the government, is guesswork only.
I guess we’ll just have to sit tight and see.
Not to mention it is only about 60 km from the Azov Sea. If we have anything to bring down a bridge that might be the place to do it.
Like you said, it appears to be right in the middle of their occupation but I suppose its possible:

I swear, foccusser, we must be mentally connected! I just checked liveuamap.com and came to the same conclusion as you. I even wanted to use the same words from the first part of your comment. 😂
That’s a scary thought facts! 😂’We have been associating on here for quite some time now, so I guess it’s easy to come to the same conclusion.
Yes, that could be. It’s still uncanny sometimes.
This is monumental news, if true! The orcs have thus lost a lot of ground, and they are in danger of having the occupied region in the south cut into two parts.
