The Ukrainian military captured about 60 Russian occupiers near Vovchansk, Kharkiv region.

It is noted that on the same day, the “Khortytsia” OSUV reported that the Defense Forces control 70% of Vovchansk. As of Tuesday, June 3, fighting in the city continues.

The war in Ukraine: the situation at the front

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in a summary of the situation at the front as of 19:00 that since the beginning of the day, the total number of attacks by the Russian invaders on the positions of Ukrainian troops along the entire length of the front has reached 102 since the beginning of the day.

It is noted that fighting continues in the Vovchansk district of the Kharkiv region. Russian invaders carry out airstrikes in the north of Kharkiv region using guided air bombs.

In addition, the enemy is attacking in the Pokrovsky direction. As of 19:00, 11 battles continued there, the total number of clashes today increased to 35. The irreversible losses of the enemy in that direction amount to almost 290 people killed and wounded.

Also, the Russian invaders became more active in the Orihiv direction, in particular in the area of Mala Tokmachka. There the enemy attacked seven times during the day.
