First, the new shelling of the enemy near Chernobaevka was briefly mentioned by the Vostok air command on its official Facebook page. And then Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, described the recent battle in more detail. According to him, at night, Russian soldiers in the area of ​​​​the airfield began to shoot “Tornados” at Nikolaev.

“In response, we gave them a little. In general, we scared them, but at around 01:30 they hit the Smerch’s ammunition load, and the detonation damaged or destroyed the rest of the launchers. But that’s not all. In the afternoon, they launched an air defense missile. The missile went up, rolled over and fell down exactly on a cluster of equipment. A fire started, ” Arestovich said .
