On the route Zaporizhzhya-2 – Nikopol – Zaporizhzhya-2, an updated suburban electric train EP2-587 was launched, which was overhauled and modernized at the Nikopol Motor Car Depot.
It is specified that semi-soft seats, metal-plastic windows with double-glazed windows and anti-vandal windows, modern LED lighting were installed in the train cars.
The salons were replaced with interior cladding and linoleum flooring, renovated bathrooms. There are places for passengers with disabilities and passengers with children.
According to open sources, the electric train EP2-587 was built in 1966. In 1991 it was transferred to the Dnieper Railway.
