Having watched this video, I’m more convinced that the mafia state knew exactly what was happening, and allowed it to happen so they could blame Ukraine for it. The huge problem for mafia land is ISIS claiming the attack on their Telegram channel. As Konstantin points out, these terrorists would have been shot dead and never got out of Moscow had it been a false flag, the FSB would have put on a big show to prove how great they are, but instead, they all deliberately waited until the gunmen were well out of Moscow before making an appearance.
Good point, Foccusser, this fits the facts better than a deliberate false flag operation, indeed. Sure, it’s possible the FSB knew of the attack and decided to exploit it for their own purposes.
