Unlike American pancakes, Ukrainian Syrnyky are made with cottage cheese — not just flour, eggs and milk — because fresh cottage cheese was once a staple in every Ukrainian village. That’s how they became a defining part of the country’s breakfast culture and culinary identity. Ukrainian chef Yevhen Klopotenko believes that syrnyky have the potential to conquer the world due to their uniqueness and authenticity.

    Ukrainian cuisine is world class, whereas ruZZia has no cuisine: like everything else it’s thieved from others. They even claim borscht to be ruZZian.
    In Moscow in the early days before putler’s psychopathy became obvious, the most popular dining options were Ukrainian and Caucasus restaurants. Customers paid a premium because they knew they would get high quality ingredients cooked with style.
    Putler shut down Georgian restaurants and businesses in 2008 and banned their wine. Since the putler-friendly Ivanishvili took over, business went back to normal.
    I doubt if any Ukrainian restaurants or businesses survive now in the shithole. Any that do will run by putlerist turds.
    Let’s remind ourselves : the putler murder gang wants everything. They want Ukrainian things to be ruZZian. Like all psychopaths, they keep dreaming up new and more evil ways to achieve their objectives.
    That’s why western politicians dreaming of peace with these cuntz are fools or putlerists.
