Syria is failing a plan to attract militants to the war on the side of the Russian Federation in Ukraine.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to the agency, on March 22, a meeting was held between the commander of the 8th brigade in the southern Syrian province of Dera, Colonel Naseem Abu Irra, and General of the Russian Armed Forces Alexander Zhuravlev (acting as commander of the Russian group in the southern provinces of Syria).
During the meeting, the Russian general demanded to form and provide a list of names and personal information of militants from the Abu Irra units and the Syrian Defense Forces who are ready to participate in the war against Ukraine.
There was no clear answer from the Syrian colonel. He promised to get in touch after consultations “with other representatives of the leadership of the 8th brigade.”
To date, the preliminary promises of the Syrian authorities on the systematic supply of mercenaries for the Russian army are not being fulfilled.

Bhaaaaahaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaa!!
Kadyrov ran away, Belorussians ran away, Kazakhs said no and Syrians said no.
Maybe Zelensky needs to ask the Kazakhs and Syrians…
I am concerned about the Belorussians.
The Army will side with Ukraine…………………
Given their actions, I don’t see them siding with anyone. They are already in a seriously bad position with Luka having sold his country to Putin.
