Serhii Haidai, the Head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, has reported that the Svatove-Kreminna highway is practically under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; he urged people to wait for the information from the General Staff of Ukraine.

“We will not name the settlements specifically for now. It is better to let the General Staff do it, however we can say that the Svatovo-Kreminna highway is practically under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Yesterday Putler said the whole of Lugansk had been liberated. Not yet it’s not, but Ukraine are working on it.

Always assume the opposite of what a ruskie says. An antonym for liberate is imprison. This is reality for those people in most of Lugansk.
