National Security Advisor to the President of the United States of America Jake Sullivan believes that Russia could launch a nuclear strike on the United States if it provides Ukraine with “too much” military assistance.
This was stated by Representative Michael McCaul in an interview with Puck . “Jake is too cautious. He’s very timid. And he bought into the idea that if we give them too much, Russia will use tactical nuclear weapons on us. Most of the intelligence I’ve seen suggests they won’t do that. Because that this would be a game changer for everyone,” the politician said.

Is this Biden’s position also? Is the aim to make sure Ukraine don’t win, and mafia land don’t lose?
If the WH formulates and implements a strategy that is designed to help the enemy, then this is the result.
What happened to “keep ‘em guessing?”
At the moment putler knows that :
a) no western boots will be on the ground,
b) long range fires will not be supplied in sufficient quantities to change his calculus,
c) the allies can always be relied upon to back down in the case of nuclear threats,
d) Ukraine won’t join Nato,
e) Ukraine will never be supplied with sufficient quality or quantity of weaponry to drive the vermin off their land
and f) putler only has to hold out until his asset gets in the WH.
The plan, with of course the invaluable help of Trumpkov, is to take as much Ukrainian land as possible and murder as many Ukrainians as possible before Trumpkov gets in.
The Americans can help Ukraine : by ensuring that Trumpkov fails.
Biden is failing as well.
Biden failed before a shot was fired, when he let Putin know what the US wouldn’t do.
I agree with everything except your assumption that Trumpkov can magically get Ukraine (and Europe) to stop fighting. Your item f) is complete nonsense: Trumpkov’s only option to end the war is to make Putin’s defeat a US objective. Unlike Biden, Trumpkov has the big brass ones to do this. Our difference in opinion is whether Trumpkov will set the objective to defeat putin. You say he absolutely will not. In that case, the war will go on (most analysis concludes Putin can’t be defeated by Europe alone), and eventually, maybe in 2025 or 2026 like some believe, NATO will be attacked. I imagine you will argue that Trumpkov will then abandon NATO and let Putin have Poland and the Baltic States. Gaining strength, why should Putin stop there? So Trumpkov’s policy will be to let a nuclear adversary gain strength without bounds? Eventially, with the help of Trumpkov, Putin will take all of Europe. It will only be a matter of time before Putin takes Hawaii and moves on Alaska, after all, the distance between Russian soil and US soil in the Bering Strait is only 2.5 miles.
We are getting a preview; so far 6 months long, of what a Trumpkov WH means for Ukraine: an end to military aid. Historians will reveal in future how many Ukrainian soldiers and civilians have died as a result of the magaputler murder by proxy operation. It’s in the thousands.
Trump is inconsistent, often incoherent and often sneering in his attitude to Ukraine, but his policy is clear: he has talked since 2015 of partition. Last year he went further and said on camera that “Putin’s gonna take all Ukraine.”
