The Kremlin has let slip the true desires of Moscow and Washington.
Europe is preventing Putin and Trump from cooperating and is generally a “side of the war” in Ukraine. This statement was made at a briefing by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by Sky News .
According to him, plans to “militarize” Europe “diverge” from the mood in the United States and Russia.
“We hear many signals from Brussels every day. The main signals from Brussels and European capitals now concern plans to militarize Europe, which clearly contradicts the mood of the presidents of Russia and the United States to seek ways for a peaceful settlement,” Peskov said.
The Kremlin spokesman believes that Europe has “plunged into militarization” and turned into a “war party.”
