The Russian anti-aircraft missile system “Strela-10” was destroyed in a forest where the enemy was hiding together with the equipment in order to attack the Ukrainians from there. The expensive anti-aircraft missile system was burned by scouts of the 47th separate mechanized brigade “Magura” together with an adjacent unit, the brigade’s press service reported .
The point is that the Russians with the Strela anti-aircraft missile system hid in the forest to carry out stealthy strikes, but the enemy equipment was blown to smithereens.
“They themselves got their share of the brunt. The scouts from the reconnaissance company of the Magura brigade did a great job here. Using the FlyEye 3.0 UAV, our soldiers detected enemy equipment and adjusted the fire of an adjacent unit. Otherwise, a precise rocket-artillery strike turned the Strela into another piece of scrap metal,” the report says.
