Have you ever had to visit a chicom shithouse? I did in Kowloon and it was indescribable. I decided to hold it in until I could get back to Hong Kong.
Never been in China, except for the airport in Hong Kong. But i once used a toilet in a chinese joint, it was afwul. The stink was so terrible i almost threw up. So i squeezed my ass together and relieved myself under a tree nearby the joint.
The World Health Organization has not classed the virus as an “international emergency”, partly because of the low number of overseas cases. Are they going to wait until the virus has spread globally and killed thousands?

I agree, but I can’t say the Chinese aren’t doing what they can. Already many airports were closed, and intercity traffic had been suspended. 55 million people cannot go anywhere, sometimes even within cities.
I think most people that were infected and are abroad, went before the lockdown. It takes about 10 days before people notice they are sick. Probably the disease already existed before authorities noticed something was going on, because initially it seems like a normal flu.
And honestly, I doubt it will be possible to really contain the disease. I mean, you need only one health care worker, soldier, or food supplier to be infected without knowing, and the disease can spread anywhere. I think the best they can do is to delay an outbreak as long as possible, so hospitals can prepare and hopefully a vaccin can be developed before. I think if hospitals are well equipped, most people can survive this disease.
I also hope the Chinese will stop eating strange things. I don’t see a reason to bring a highly poisonous snake to a market somewhere. I think the same thing may have happened when humans first started to eat chickens or cows, and only those that survived were immune against the diseases they were bringing. But we have enough that can be eaten. No need to experiment with bats and snakes.
