The idea that we have held back security assistance to Ukraine is nonsense. Just last week—in the run-up to the U.S.-Russia Summit—we provided a $150 million package of security assistance, including lethal assistance. We have now provided the entire amount appropriated by Congress through the Ukraine security assistance initiative. Two days before the Summit, President Biden stood on the stage before the entire world at NATO and said that we would keep putting Ukraine “in the position to be able to continue to resist Russian physical aggression.” We have also prepared contingency funds in the event of a further Russian incursion into Ukraine. As President Biden told President Putin directly, we will stand unwavering in support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Credit where credit’s due: well done!
It looks like they were the victim of a disinformation campaign. Could be putlerstan, or someone else?
I’m not inclined to take back my earlier criticisms of Joe, because he did hurt Ukraine massively with his 180° turn on NS2 and the absurd fiction that Nato, an organisation swimming in corrupt regimes, somehow is too pure from corruption to admit Ukraine.
However, I won’t call him Bidensky anymore. At least not until the next time he kicks Ukraine in the teeth. But of course I hope that will be never.
The source of this disinformation come from Politico, from unnamed sources of course.

It came out originally from WaPo and then Politico. Of course the unnamed sources were from the White House too, so it sounds to me like they were doing as they were told but disagreed. Then the press got a hold of it and now the White House disagrees too. Ahem.
Nevertheless, comrade Psaki did not address the money that was to get Ukraine more defense and that’s the $100 million because of the Russian build up. So she’s mixing apples and oranges.
This is a good reminder to the Biden White House as to just who and what they are dealing with when it comes to Putin.
Every fairy tale has some truth in it. I wouldn’t put it past the old fart that he wanted to cancel the aid but for some reason didn’t. Maybe Congress had a word to say. Who knows. Like scradge, I won’t retract a single bad word or comment that I’ve written about this leftist asswipe. I simply don’t trust him … like I don’t trust Merkel, Macron or Pew-tin.
