American billionaire, head of SpaceX Elon Musk proposed to end the Russian-Ukrainian war by giving part of the Ukrainian territory to Russia.
Musk asked his Twitter followers how they see the end of the war.
Musk believes that peace can come after Ukraine gives up the Crimea, which, according to him, was allegedly “by mistake” transferred to Ukraine by Khrushchev. In this case, the people themselves should have the last word.
Another option is Ukraine’s provision of water supply to the occupied Crimea and neutrality.
“It is very likely that in the end it will be so – the only question is how many people will die before that. It is also worth noting that a nuclear war is a possible, although unlikely outcome of this conflict,” the American added in a separate tweet.
Thousands of users could not contain their emotions. Under the post about the poll, they told Musk everything they think about such a peace offer. Even senior adviser to the US Congress, Paul Massaro, responded: “Ukraine is liberating all of its sovereign territory. Russia is decolonizing, demilitarizing and denuclearizing.” His answer got even more likes than Musk’s post.
And Andriy Melnyk, the former Ukrainian ambassador to Germany, wrote: “Fuck you” is my diplomatic response.”
The Kyiv-based English-language publication KyivPost, in turn, noted: “Elon, you are a cool guy, and thanks for Starlink, but it would be very cool if you voted on things that you know about. We do not vote on apartheid and Nelson Mandela.”
Bihus.info Ukrainian investigative journalist Daniil Mokrik drew attention to a logical error in Musk’s post: “Mixing even such basic political terms as ‘elections’ and ‘referendums’ apparently does not prevent us from proposing big geopolitical decisions and evaluating historical political moves. (“Khrushchev’s mistake”, lol)”.

I always thought Musk was a thoughtful individual. I now realize he’s a fuckin idiot. To give anything to anyone under a gun is asking for that gun to be pointed again and again and again. I now put musk into the moron category.
Ukrainians must be feeling pretty betrayed as well as perplexed by this treachery. In the past, Musk had praised putler repeatedly. Then when the genocide started, he provided starlink, which has apparently been helpful.
He also made a fatuous “offer”; he would fight putler in a judo match for Ukraine.
Now the prick has gone full kremtroll by regurgitating old kremkrapper talking points.

Yep, more kremprop. Anyone with Google and 10 minutes could learn Ukraine was practically forced to take Crimea. Crimea was a wasteland before Khrushchev’s “mistake.”
Something not mentioned in this article was that Musk included a poll on his tweet and 65% responded to support Ukraine and 35% to support the war criminals.
The guy should just stay out of politics, especially concerning Ukraine and mafia land. This topic obviously confuses him.
That’s what I think too. Maybe offering Starlink was about doing the right thing because he seems to care about that. Or maybe it’s more about putting out a good image of himself in the news media.
