A reconnaissance and strike group of South American volunteers from the Charter brigade of the Ukrainian State University of Defense conducted a special operation to clear the city council in Kupyansk .

The soldiers, together with air support from drone operators, carried out a masterful operation and destroyed the Russian infantry.
It is noted that the “Charter” search and strike group and the “Kupyansk” tactical group are completing the clearing of the city, which was successfully unblocked during a successful operation led by the command of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard.
“The Kupyan operation proves that thanks to planning, training of commanders and headquarters, and high-quality training of units — everything that we call the “Charter” method — the enemy can be successfully stopped and destroyed,” the press service reports the words of the commander of the 2nd Corps of the “Charter” NGU, Colonel Igor Obolensky.
