Oleksii Goncharenko, Ukrainian MP of Odessa Oblast, speaks with Camilla Tominey, Associate Editor at The Telegraph, on his fears of nuclear war.
Mr Goncharenko is at the Conservative Party conference to discuss the war in Ukraine to explain that Ukraine needs more weapons and artillery to fight Russian forces.
“Ukrainians are under threat of genocide. Russia is committing genocide, right now on occupied territories,” Mr Goncharenko says. “We find graves, raped people, and awful evidence of genocide again, again and again.”
Speaking of the threat of nuclear war, Mr Goncharenko says: “I see that the chances and the threat of using tactical nuclear weapons is rising.”
He adds: “Every time Putin chooses the worst possible outcome, and if he continues down this track, it will be a catastrophe.
“Sooner or later we will have a big nuclear war, it is a threat to the whole of humankind.”

Great interview by Mr Goncharenko with the DT in near flawless English.
He got all his points across perfectly. He’s established good relations with key Conservatives such as James Cleverly and IDS.
The generals in charge of mafia land’s nuclear arsenal will not push the button. They know that they cannot change the war’s outcome and, concurrently, it will make things for mafia land much worse. China will drop them like a hot potato and so will India and the entire globe will be aghast and shun this most evil shithole. No, they will not follow through with this extreme step just for a sick, little old man.
Sir Scradgel and OFP I agree with your remarks but I would wish our government officials be a bit more circumspect where it come to the use of nuclear weapons. I’m not suggesting that it isn’t a real threat but just to discuss it as more of a possibility with suggesting increasing probability. I’m seeing too many weak knees growing in the west opting for us to negotiate with a mad man rather then get him the hell out of our country. I’m not sure what the right balance is but increasing probabilities serves our ultimate goal.
The nuclear topic is being raised by the people who are the most affected: the Ukrainians. It was General Zaluzhnyi who brought it up recently and others took their lead from him.
The US is gaming various scenarios and their responses. Apparently there are back channels running between the WH and the putinazis.
The more these channels operate and the more robust the language used, the less likelihood of a nuclear attack.
Obviously regime change is the desire, but how to achieve that without replacing one nazi bastard with another is a serious challenge.
