After the “annexation” of the occupied part of the Donetsk region to the Russian Federation, pro-Russian local residents hoped that “everything would instantly change for the better,” but this did not happen. Today they curse the “new government” – only anonymously and on social networks. Nobody wants to end up “in the basement.”

Spoiled products and medicines with zero effectiveness
Supermarket shelves in the occupied part of Donbass are now filled with Russian products. True, its quality leaves much to be desired. The other day, in local public pages, angry residents posted another “improvement” – a photo of Cherkizovo sausages with mold. And this is one of the largest producers and processors of meat in the Russian Federation with the main office in Moscow.

According to Donetsk residents, this is not the first time they have encountered “Dorblu sausages” (that’s how they nicknamed the spoiled product) on sale in the “First Republican” supermarket chain, as well as other rot. Moreover, people say that the Russians are bringing a lot of products with an expiring date and of disgusting quality to the occupied territory.

“They told me that there is an agreement between businessmen from the Rostov region and ours. So they are dragging something to us that you can’t even feed to animals. It seems that they will soon do experiments on us,” the Donetsk resident shared in a conversation with OBOZ.UA.
There are also a lot of moldy vegetables in supermarkets of the same chain.

And local residents write that there are many cases of poisoning from tomatoes and cucumbers. They assume that “they all contain a lot of nitrates” or “are sprayed with something.” The same situation happened last year.

It gets worse with medications too. There are still no Ukrainian drugs; pharmacies sell mostly Russian ones, which are more expensive. According to local residents, many Indian drugs have also appeared in the occupied cities of the region – supposedly analogues of well-known drugs that do not help at all.
“It’s very rare that drugs from European pharmaceutical companies appear, but it’s simply scary to buy them, as they could turn out to be fake. No one here controls this,” a resident of occupied Yenakiyevo told us.
“The authorities” are gushing with crazy ideas, and the cities are drowning in garbage.
Meanwhile, the local “authorities” keep voicing “innovations.” For example, the leader of the “DPR” Denis Pushilin recently said that the “republic” intends to actively develop the use of… electric vehicles by the population.
According to Pushilin, a number of companies are now preparing to install electric gas stations, which will be located in convenient locations.

Local residents reacted sharply to this: “They should make roads! In Panteleimonovka there are pits for shooting from a horse while standing”, “Pushilin lives in his own world, he no longer needs reality”, “Electric cars are a civilization of the 21st century. And what civilization is there in a hole where they can’t cope with garbage removal?”

And mountains of garbage even on the central streets of the cities of the occupied part of the Donetsk region are the current reality of the “republic”. For example, residents of Makeyevka write that the garbage has not yet been collected in May.

And in the regional center, the “authorities” didn’t think of anything better than setting up landfills within the boundaries of Donetsk and immediately burning the garbage. Local residents are suffocating from acrid smoke.
For example, a resident of the Petrovsky district of Donetsk wrote that “leaders” are saving on fuel, and “people are being poisoned like in a gas chamber.”

Because of this, rats have also proliferated, and they walk around calmly even in the center of Donetsk. And this situation is everywhere.

The water supply is also difficult – they continue to provide water according to schedule, but drinking it is simply dangerous. “It’s rusty, with large sediment. Not only can you drink it, you can’t even wash it with it – unless you run it through a filter and then boil it for a long time. And even then…” the Donetsk woman shared with us.
The mood of the residents of the occupied part of Donbass is not rosy. They have already experienced for themselves that even after “annexing” to Russia, the “DPR” continues going down the drain.

Everything described herein can be described with only two words; ruskie mir. I could never eat a sausage made in mafia land. God knows what they grind up to stuff in those things. Not even my dog would get this shit.
Those sausages are so bad they didn’t even put the anti theft device on them. 😂
“According to Pushilin, a number of companies are now preparing to install electric gas stations, which will be located in convenient locations.”
WTF is an electric gas station? It’s either a gas station or a charging station.
Maybe the electric chargers are gas-powered. 🤣
In mafia land, it’s a gas station because their electric cars work only with an onboard generator.
