1. At the moment life is still carrying on pretty much as normal in Moscow.
   Apart from much more serious fuel shortages, we need to see massive bread queues and poverty in the urban areas too.
   When the bastards can’t afford their cigarettes and vodka and start being poisoned by cheap moonshine, they might start to get upset.
   When high end apartment complexes and shopping malls start blowing up, that might at last start to bring it home to those murdering filth that two can play at that game.
