Soldiers of the Special Operations Center Omega of the National Guard of Ukraine stormed enemy trenches in the Pokrovsk sector.
The video from the Ukrainian soldiers was posted on the military unit’s social media pages.
The footage shows the Ukrainian troops landing from an armored vehicle under enemy fire near enemy positions in the Donetsk region.
During the assault, the soldiers used assault rifles and machine guns and threw grenades into trenches, dugouts, and so-called holes where the invaders were hiding.
In addition, soldiers of the Omega Group engaged in close combat with the Russian invaders.
In the video, you can hear the sounds of automatic weapons shots, enemy drones flying overhead, and negotiations between soldiers performing a combat mission.

The Ukrainian defenders successfully completed the task despite their injuries,” the military unit’s press service said.
Soldiers of the Omega Group did not disclose when exactly and at what locations the clashes took place. They only noted that the Russian invaders were neutralized in the Pokrovsk sector, where Russians are actively trying to advance on the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The aim is to capture the town of Pokrovsk.
Previously, an M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle attacked and eliminated Russian assault troops in the village of Novotroyitske, Donetsk region. The 425th Skala Separate Assault Battalion reported that the military destroyed a dozen invaders during the battle.
The Russian command sent infantry to assault across the bridge leading to Novotroitske. And then they were fired upon as soon as they approached the Ukrainian positions.
