SkyUp to resume Kyiv-Odesa flights

Ukraine’s low-cost carrier SkyUp Airlines has announced the launch of flights from Kyiv to Odesa from May 28, according to the company’s press service.

“Kyiv – Odesa – Kyiv flights will be operated daily, except for 30 May. We will depart from Kyiv at 08:00 in the morning, and from Odesa — at 09:50 in the morning. The flight duration is 1 hour. Tickets are already available on the official website of the airline,” reads the report.

From the end of May, the company will begin to operate flights to Odesa from Kharkiv, Lviv, and Zaporizhzhia.

As reported by Ukrinform, in March, SkyUp Airlines launched regular flights on the routes Kyiv-Almaty-Kyiv and Kyiv-Belgrade-Kyiv, as well as resumed flights to Larnaca from Kyiv, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia.

On April 25, SkyUp started to operate regular flights to Albania

In May, SkyUp is planning to start flights to Istanbul from Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, from Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv.

  1. I like the Kyiv to Odesa option, might give that a go, and Larnaca could be very useful.

      • I do enjoy the Ukrainian sleeper trains, but sometimes there isn’t time when you have to cram everything into a 2 week visit, we always have to go to see friends and family in the Village as well as everything we want and need to do!

        • For sure. The charm of the old trains lasts about 4 hours for me. I remember years ago the ride from L’viv to Odesa was 34 hours if I remember right. omg…
