In Belarus, on the evening of August 9, the sites of all the country’s largest media outlets stopped working.
As of 22:00 Moscow time, the website of the state agency “Belta”, the largest independent portal TUT.by, as well as such media as “Nasha Niva”, “Online”, “Belorussky Partizan” are not opening.
Mediazona notes that Uber and Yandex.Taxi also stopped working in Minsk.
In the afternoon of August 9, it was reported that messengers and social networks work intermittently in Belarus.

This is a total fraud it seems. The Lukashenko people run out and announce the results and then shut down the media. This is going to be a mess.
