Due to large-scale losses in the Pokrovskoye direction, the terrorist country Russia has withdrawn the 155th Marine Brigade, whose fighters previously “distinguished themselves” in the Kyiv region and in Syria, from combat operations. The formation is being replaced by less trained units from the 150th Division.
Staff sergeant of the 3rd category of the communications department of the 117th separate heavy mechanized brigade, Oleksandr Vovk, spoke about the situation in the Pokrovsky direction on the air of “Suspilne.Studio” . According to him, the Ukrainian defenders almost completely destroyed the unit of the 155th Marine Brigade, so the command of the occupiers is withdrawing its remnants from the front line.
This brigade is being replaced by the 108th Motorized Infantry and 68th Tank Regiments, however, according to Vovk, the newly arrived occupiers are disoriented and suffer significant losses during the assaults.
The Russian occupation army uses infantry, armored vehicles and tanks. Also, to disrupt the logistics of the Ukrainian military, the Russians use drones, in particular, fiber-optic ones. However, despite numerous assault attempts, the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine detect and destroy the occupiers.
“Although there are attempts to infiltrate the enemy at night, using thermal blankets, in the end, this does not help them. Our soldiers detect them and try to destroy them ,” Vovk noted.
According to Oleksandr Vovk, in rainy weather, when the work of Ukrainian drones is complicated, the intensity of Russian attacks increases. On sunny days, however, the occupiers try to act in small groups or alone.
“If it’s sunny weather, he usually tries not to do it in any major assaults, unless there are singles, or small groups trying to penetrate, or single enemy servicemen,” said the staff sergeant.
He also added that the occupiers are trying to break through in the direction of Kostyantynivka – Kupyansk, but most of the Russian equipment is destroyed before it even approaches the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that Ukrainian servicemen continue to hold the defense in the Pokrovsky direction and prevent the enemy from capturing the district center. As of November 1, fighters of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are conducting stabilization measures in the city.
The Institute for the Study of War notes that Russian troops are intensifying their offensive both in the city itself and on its outskirts. Recently, in Pokrovsk, they managed to advance in the center and southeast of the city. They are likely operating in most of the settlement and have entered Myrnograd.

It’s pretty safe to assume that no original member of this wicked unit is left over, which is good.
I think it’s a sign of dersperation by putler to throw this trash back into the meat grinder. Their success rate is zero, being reformed at least 10 times after getting destroyed all over Ukraine.
I guess it’s their twisted way to celebrate their utter failures.
