Sibiga does not believe that Putin will come to Istanbul for talks

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry believes that the Russian dictator will lack courage.

The probability of Vladimir Putin’s arrival for talks with Volodymyr Zelensky in Istanbul is very low, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga wrote on Platform X.

Yes, he retweeted a message from the President of Ukraine announcing a trip to Turkey next week and a proposal to hold direct talks with the Russian dictator.

“This is what a true leader does. He doesn’t hide behind anyone or anything. It is highly unlikely that the Russian side has even a shred of such courage,” Sibiga wrote.

Putin’s ultimatum and negotiations

As UNIAN reported, yesterday Volodymyr Zelensky, together with European leaders,  issued an ultimatum to Putin : either Russia agrees to a comprehensive, unconditional ceasefire starting Monday, or a new package of sanctions from Europe and America awaits it.

Late at night, the Russian dictator made a statement in which he avoided a direct answer to whether Russia agreed to a ceasefire, but suggested starting direct peace talks with Ukraine in Turkey .

Today, Zelenskyy responded to this and announced that he would arrive in Turkey on Thursday , and hopes that Putin will also come for the talks.

  1. No one really knows, and that’s how the ghoul wants it.
I think if he does go, he will be a very nervous ghoul. The SBU has shown what a powerful force it’s become. Going to Turkey exposes him very much.
Remember, Ukraine doesn’t really have to kill the vampire, despite it being something he deserves, in a lengthy and painful way. Arresting him would be even more powerful.
