Druzhkivka is part of the Kramatorsk agglomeration and one of the main hubs of the Donetsk region for the last 10 years. The city has been under Russian shelling since 2014, yet until today it remains under the Ukrainian flag.

The 93rd Brigade “Kholodnyi Yar” is one of the reasons why. But over the past year, the security situation has changed: enemy drones are wreaking havoc on the once lively streets, so we spent a day there to show you what Druzhkivka and its residents are going through, and how Ukrainian forces are coping with the constant danger.
