Serbia “rescues” Russia: $5.8 million for “victims” in Kursk region

Serbia has provided financial humanitarian assistance to the Kursk region of Russia in the amount of 472 million rubles (approximately 5.8 million US dollars).

As reported by Censor.NET , these funds were transferred to the Kursk Region Development Fund, which implements projects to support the most vulnerable segments of the population in the region affected by the war, the Russian Foreign Ministry website states.

The Russian side expressed “gratitude to Serbia for its attention and sensitivity to the fate of Russian citizens,” emphasizing the “age-old brotherhood” between the countries.

This decision was made after intensive consultations between the governments of the two countries.

It is worth noting that Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has repeatedly stated that he has no intention of imposing sanctions against Russia, even despite pressure from the European Union .

We previously wrote that the Serbian leader  expressed gratitude to the Russian side for information from Russian intelligence about the alleged preparation of the “Maidan” by the European Union in the country.

Vucic also stated that Serbia has been under strong pressure since the beginning of the “Ukrainian crisis”.

  1. Does this nazi supporter really think the citizens of Kursk will see one ruble of this money?

    • He knows that this is no assistance for any “victims”. It’s a bribe disguised as such.
