Event: Large protest actions, with total participants potentially numbering in the tens of thousands, are anticipated to continue in Belgrade and throughout Serbia. Protests have included and may continue to include violent situations in multiple areas in Belgrade. Police expect large crowds, street and bridge closures, and traffic delays. Mobile telephone service may also be disrupted. U.S. citizens are advised to avoid protest areas if possible. Should you encounter disorderly crowds or violent situations, leave the area immediately. If you are unable to leave, find a safe location to shelter in place.
