The Security Service of Ukraine has intercepted new FSB “manuals” in which Russian officials are taught to properly praise President Vladimir Putin and comment on the war in Ukraine.
This was reported by the press center of the SBU.
“The document has a note “for steady use.” SBU officers intercepted it while sending it through secret communication channels to the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation. It is on these theses that Russian officials, artists and athletes should prepare their speeches. It was also used at a concert in Luzhniki in March, and at the Economic Forum in St. Petersburg in June. One of the main orders of the FSB is to praise Putin, because he allegedly “personally protected Russia from destruction, and Russians from kneeling,” the report says.
As noted, for greater persuasiveness, FSB analysts cite a whole block of “the most honest statistics” about sky-high support for the Russian dictator and list arguments so that the Russians are not afraid of a default and international sanctions.
Earlier, the SBU exposed Russian agents , which included officials from the Cabinet of Ministers and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
