OSINT analysts conclude that 90–100% of the plant’s refining capacity has been put out of operation.
We can safely say that Ukrainian sanctions are permanent.
And they will stay permanent until ruSSia fucks off from Zaporizhia, Kherson, Donyetsk and Luhansk.
