I once stupidly downloaded Yandex onto my PC many years ago. It took me ages to remove all the shit it installed on my PC. I said never again to anything remotely connected to russia.

This was around 15 years ago. God knows what kind of crap it would install now.
Telegram is the only thing I accept, and only because everyone I know in Ukraine uses it. It used to be Viber before that, and before that, Whatsapp.
I got wary of Telegram after all the threats against Durov, it was never closed down in mafia land.
I’ve never had any problems. If I do, I’ll dump it like … well, you know. 💩
