Ukraine just intercepted some very revealing Russian documents, pointing out how far Russia’s oil industry (and economy) have really fallen. Russia is now shutting down oil wells across Siberia, due to Ukraine’s strikes on their refineries and oil terminals. Since so much of Russia’s economy is dependent on this production, we see how Russia’s economy is reaching the end of the runway for how far it can run.
