Russia’s attack on Kyiv: the first McDonald’s opened in Ukraine was damaged

The establishment, located near the Lukyanovskaya metro station, has been operating since 1997.

The very first McDonald’s opened in Ukraine was damaged as a result of a ballistic strike on Kyiv

As a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv on the morning of January 18, a McDonald’s located near the Lukyanovskaya metro station was damaged. This establishment was the first of those that the chain opened in Ukraine.

“Today, during an air attack on Kyiv, the McDonald’s restaurant near the Lukyanovskaya metro station was damaged. It has been operating since 1997 and is the first restaurant of our chain in Ukraine,” H. reported on the McDonald’s Ukraine social network page.

It is noted that the employees of the establishment were not injured. They managed to evacuate to shelter in time.

Work is underway to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack.
