Russia violated the May 6th ceasefire offered by Ukraine so Zelensky says they are under no obligation to respect Russia’s May 9th ceasefire declaration so Putin can safely attend a parade. Ukraine struck Russia’s Perm refinery again and Russia’s 2nd largest refinery is now offline after a strike this week.
