The Russians are using old Soviet maps when shelling objects in Ukraine.
As an UNIAN correspondent reports, this was once again confirmed by the shelling of the Zhuliany airport in Kyiv.
Today at about 9:00 a fire broke out near the Zhuliany airport after being hit by a Russian missile. Windows were shattered in a residential building opposite, no one was hurt.READ ALSO:
According to the employees of the State Emergency Service and local residents, there used to be a military warehouse at the place where the shell hit, now there are garages and an abandoned building that does not represent any strategic value.
Earlier, the military also spoke about this, according to which the use of Soviet maps explains such a number of civilian casualties during the first shelling.
As UNIAN reported earlier, today, February 26, Vadim Denisenko, an adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, said that Russian troops had fired at least 40 civilian infrastructure facilities over the past 24 hours.
