Russian occupation forces launched attacks on Kharkiv . The Kholodnohirsky district of the city came under enemy attack.
Several explosions rocked Kharkiv. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that a residential building was hit, and there may be people trapped under the rubble. According to the mayor, the enemy used Banderol missiles.
“According to preliminary information, one of the final strikes hit a residential building—there may be people under the rubble. There’s a fire on site. The damage is severe—an entire building collapsed,” Terekhov said in a statement.
A private home was also damaged at the site of one of the impacts. Casualties were reported.
Terekhov subsequently reported a second attack by Russian invaders on the Kholodnogorsk district. Details are not yet available.

Updated 11:22 PM: The number of victims in Kharkiv’s Kholodnohirsk district has risen to 6, says Oleg Sinegubov.
“Among the wounded is a 19-year-old man in serious condition; he suffered severe burns,” the head of the OVA added.

According to the Telegram channel Ukraine Context , which is considered close to the head of the Presidential Office, Kirill Budanov, there is no confirmation that the US has allegedly stopped providing intelligence to Ukraine.
“Some channels have already started reporting that ‘the US has stopped providing Ukraine with intelligence,’ and that’s why Kyiv was attacked with ballistic missiles even before the alert was issued. However, this isn’t the first time Western intelligence has failed to detect Russian S-400 launches. Therefore, we shouldn’t jump to conclusions. So far, this isn’t true,” the report states.
