In 2025 russian banks had to close 1370 offices, among them 40% belonged to Sberbank. Other russian banks “compete” in problems, with Gazprom and Alfa banks suffering from most cash withdrawals, and Rosneft bank reporting bad loans growth 1700%. Every time kremlin`s oligarchs and deputies offer to nationalize people`s deposits, this only speeds up the collapse of the banking system.
