The liberation of the settlements of Lypove, Zelena Dolyna, and Kolodyazi is the final note of the fourth season of the Third Army Corps’ offensive Operation Vivaldi.
The infantry is supported by the rapid artillery of the Troika. A moment later, the fighters report that an “archaeological operation” has been carried out. One of the wounded occupiers was buried in a dugout. Excavations had to be carried out to pull the prisoner out and give him a chance at life. In another shelter, the assault groups discover African mercenaries, with whom they can only communicate in broken English. But this does not prevent them from capturing three of them at once.
These battle scenes are a quest to clear enemy fortifications, take prisoners, and eliminate those who were not going to surrender.
Trapped in the lowlands under crossfire from the dominant heights, the occupiers were losing ground, retreating en masse or surrendering. Thus, the assault units of the corps broke the last pockets of resistance and returned another 101 km² of territory to Ukrainian control. Units in the video: 3rd Assault Brigade, 60th Separate Rifle Brigade, 125th Separate Rifle Brigade, 3rd Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the Third Corps, and attached units — 66th Separate Rifle Brigade and 33rd Special Rifle Brigade. The struggle for the liberation of Ukraine continues!
