Russians hit central market in Nikopol: there are casualties

The enemy struck with a kamikaze drone, three of the six wounded are in serious condition.

Russian troops attacked the central market in Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk region), 6 people were injured, the State Emergency Service reported

It is said that among the victims there are four women and two men.

“Rescuers, together with ambulance medics, quickly provided first aid to the victims and transported them to the hospital,” the State Emergency Service reports.

It is said that the commercial premises were significantly damaged.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, notes that the attack was a kamikaze drone.

“All the victims have been hospitalized. Women aged 39, 63 and 64 are in “serious” condition. The rest are in moderate condition and are receiving all necessary medical care,” he said.

Updated at 11:53. Lysak clarified that the number of victims as a result of the Russian strike on the central market in Nikopol has increased.

“According to updated data, there are 8 victims in Nikopol. Seven of them were hospitalized. One woman is in critical condition. Three more people are in serious condition. The Russians hit the market with a kamikaze drone. The trading kiosks there were destroyed,” Lysak noted.
