The Kalashnikov Concern has created the Krona-E anti-aircraft missile system. It is to be presented at the IDEX-2025 exhibition, which will be held in the United Arab Emirates from February 17 to 21. This is reported by Kommersant.
The air defense system is to cover “important state facilities, as well as city infrastructure facilities.” The main targets of the system will be medium-class unmanned aerial vehicles. To destroy targets, the Krona-E will use 9M340 and 9M333 guided missiles.
The Krona-E reportedly combines detection, control and automated mobile combat vehicles or stationary combat modules into a single system.
