A 2-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl suffered blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to their legs.

Today, October 7, Russian occupiers dropped four aerial bombs on Kherson, which resulted in the injury of 19 people, including small children.

According to the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, at about 10:30 a.m. Russian troops launched an air strike on Kherson. Four guided air bombs were dropped on the city.

According to the official, a hit was recorded on a previously destroyed school and residential buildings in the Central District. At first, it was reported that seventeen people were injured. Among the injured were two small children: a 2-year-old boy and a 4-year-old girl received blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to their legs. The children were hospitalized, and their condition is now stable.

Fourteen people were also taken to a medical facility – six men and eight women. Prokudin also reported:

“One victim, an elderly woman, was given medical assistance on the spot by the emergency team.”

Later, the Kherson OVA clarified that two more people had sought hospital treatment. In particular, an 18-year-old boy was diagnosed with an explosive injury and a shin wound, and a 66-year-old man with an explosive injury.Consequences of the airstrike on Kherson
