Russia is attempting to paralyze Ukrzaliznytsia’s operations and disrupt the heating season. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine and Minister of Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Kuleba , who described the consequences of shelling in the Poltava region last night.

According to him, a locomotive depot, power supply station, and traction substations were damaged in Poltava. Administrative and storage buildings, rolling stock, and fires were also reported.
According to him, the attack temporarily delayed Kharkiv-Lviv, Lviv-Kharkiv, and Kramatorsk-Lviv trains. Service has now been restored.
