On the evening of April 16, Russian forces carried out a drone attack on the city of Dnipro, resulting in damage to houses and injuries to children. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA,  Serhiy Lysak .

“Several fires broke out in Dnipro due to a UAV attack. Residential buildings were damaged. According to preliminary information, two children were injured,” he wrote.

Later, Lysak added that houses, educational and cultural institutions, and cars were damaged in the city.

“The “Russian World” is in action. Soon another rumor about the “destruction of NATO officers” will appear on enemy public forums. In fact, there is again terror of the civilian population in the Dnieper. Damaged houses, educational and cultural institutions. Vandalized cars. Ordinary townspeople are scared, especially children,” the head of the OVA wrote.

Russian strikes on Ukraine

The head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, came under Russian artillery fire while recording an address to citizens.

“After being hit by KABs in the Central District of Kherson, I came under fire from Russian terrorists. Our Kherson land saved me,” Mrochko noted.

At the same time, the head of the Kherson OVA was not personally injured.
