A man standing with his hands up has been shot dead by Russian invaders near Kyiv.
The relevant video, depicting a crime against civilians, has been posted by German journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports, referring to the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Policy.
The German media, ZDF Frontal, provided a drone video, which recorded how the Russian military shot a civilian, standing with his hands up, near Kyiv.
“Putin speaks of a special operation in Ukraine, which is not aimed against civilians. But, several kilometers west of Kyiv, an unmanned aerial vehicle recorded how Russian soldiers shot a civilian,” the report states.
A reminder that, on February 24, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin initiated a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russian troops are shelling and destroying the key infrastructure facilities, launching missile and air strikes on residential areas in Ukrainian cities and villages, killing civilians in Ukraine.

I do want this war to stop. I am however concerned that these animals, including the Russian colonel who raped and killed a woman in front of her children need to come before the people of the world but especially Ukrainians who suffered, will not see justice if a truce is signed.

And before the war Biden assured the world that Putin did not have any plans to invade Ukraine. That was his justification for not sending weapons. Now, knowing better, he STILL won’t send air defense weapons or planes. I really hope Congress goes around Joe Bidenov for God’s sake!
