Russian troops left their advanced positions 15 kilometers from occupied Kherson in Kiselevka.
This is stated in the report of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
On previously published satellite images, it was clear that the transport of Russians, except for four cars, moved away from the village. Probably, analysts believe, the troops of pro-Russian militants left Kiselevka, retreating to the Dnieper.
Kiselevka is an operationally important point for the RF Armed Forces near Kherson, as it is the last major settlement both on the E58 highway and on the railway line between Chernobaevka and the most remote part of Kherson.
“The apparent withdrawal of Russian troops from this position could jeopardize the ability of the Russians to defend the northwestern outskirts of Kherson and suggests that Russian troops in the area feel an immediate threat to their positions,” the Institute for the Study of War said.
War in Ukraine: current data
The counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues in the south. Since the beginning of the offensive operation, the defenders managed to move the front line by 12 kilometers .
But the Ukrainian counter-offensive in the Kharkiv region turned out to be an unpleasant surprise for the Russians. The Pentagon noted that the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine ousted most of the invaders from Ukraine and liberated Izyum and Kupyansk.
In the de-occupied territories, Ukrainian law enforcement officers continue to find local residents tortured and brutally killed by Russians.
Earlier, the Institute for the Study of War stated that the counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine turned the tide of the war , but the fighting will drag on until 2023 – after the front line is stabilized, the defenders will have to start new attacks.

Was listening to a youtube video last night of intercepted phone calls. The idiots in russia that sign up for putler’s war in Ukraine, are classed as still being in russia, so no combat pay for them. The orcs are extremely angry and are asking their relatives to get in touch with the authorities over this corruption. I doubt anything will come of it, but you never know.
The irony of it all. Either they all agree that they are in occupied Ukraine and get combat pay, or they follow crime rat’s narrative and the areas are “Russian” and they get nothing. So funny!
I guess the ruzzki war criminals didn’t get the message that they were supposed to just die, not get paid.
