Russian side chooses war again – Zelenskyy on putin’s “weak” response to letter

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called russian dictator vladimir putin’s response to the letter “weak” and emphasized that the russian side is once again choosing war.

He said this in an evening address.

“Unfortunately, the Russian side is once again choosing war—everyone heard today’s response. A weak response. He simply does not want to end the war,” the statement reads.

Zelenskyy believes that putin’s response has disappointed “many around the world.”

“He doesn’t want to change anything; he doesn’t want to admit that his war appeals only to him and those who profit from it—they were all smiling broadly today. This means there must be less money in Russia and more pressure on Russia,” he emphasized.

Finally, Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to those who are helping Ukraine and “who want real peace.”

As a reminder, yesterday, June 4, President Zelenskyy stated that he had written an open letter to putin, in which he proposed meeting on neutral territory to bring the war to a dignified conclusion.

The russian dictator rejected President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s public letter. Putin said he had read Zelenskyy’s letter but saw no point in meeting with the Ukrainian leader. Later, the kremlin leader stated that russia would continue to pursue the so-called “denazification” of Ukraine, which russian propaganda cites as one of the reasons for the war.

  1. Putin always wanted too much. The Crimea wasn’t enough. The occupied territories as of now aren’t enough. Putin will fall. Soon.

  2. Lower case “p” in putin thoughout, the hellish rat bastard deserves no less. That rat wont admit he was wrong, talk about a complex…

  3. I believe that Zelensky’s letter to the runt was meant to trap him. Now Zelensky can always use the proposal in the letter and the rat’s flat out refusal as leverage when Ukraine causes some REAL destruction in mafia land, in case someone wants to cry crocodile tears.
