Footage has been published online confirming that the loss of the ear was not an accident during the process of forceful detention – it was cut off afterward.
Russian security forces cut off the ear of one of those detained on suspicion of committing a terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall cinema center.
After reports that all the perpetrators of the terrorist attack were detained, Russian telegram channels distributed a short video showing the moment after the arrest of one of them. The published footage shows that after the suspect was pinned down, Russian security forces cut off the suspect’s ear with a knife and tried to feed it to him.
