Russian plane catches fire in Turkey (video)

On Sunday, November 24, a Russian Sukhoi Superjet 100 passenger jet caught fire in Turkey .

As the portal AirportHaber reports , the incident occurred on the territory of the airport of the city of Antalya. According to it, the plane belongs to the airline “Azimut”. The aircraft was landing in unfavorable weather, immediately after which its engine caught fire.

Rescuers arrived and began to extinguish the fire. Due to the emergency, the airport runway was temporarily closed – landing of planes and some flights have been suspended. There are no reports of casualties.

  1. Another well maintained plane from mafia land. Do planes usually catch fire in bad weather, or is it just planes from mafia land?

    • Only those from mafia land.
      I like the place where this happened at, Turkey will have to start wondering if they would not be better off banning their friends from entering their airspace.
