Doesn’t sound like a peace deal is imminent. “Beating a dead horse” is how the Russian government paper describes the US-Ukraine talks in Berlin. Meanwhile, “tax debts of Russians & businesses increased by 20% this year” & “alcohol prices may rise 10-17%”
Mafia land have no intention of signing any peace deal. Ukraine have no intention of signing one either, so for once I agree with mafia land. They are beating a dead horse.
